The City Government of Vigan lead by Hon. Eva Marie Medina, city mayor, and Ilocos Sur Cooperative Medical Mission Group and Hospital under the chairmanship of Dr. Melquiades Rosario have once again proved that private-public partnership knows no bounds in public service.
Through the initiative of the city mayor and the city council, an ambulance has been handed over to the Ilocos Sur Cooperative Medical Mission Group and Hospital.
The turn over ceremony was held on November 11, 2013 at the Vigan City Hall. The ceremony was attended by the local city officials. Also present in the event are Dr. Antonio Agustin and Dr. Salvador Eder, directors of ISCMMGH. This ambulance was donated by the city government to ISCMMGH.
